- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Beat for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 28-30 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
- Poke holes in the warm cake using a wooden spoon handle.
- In two bowls, dissolve the strawberry and lime Jello in boiling water.
- Spoon the strawberry Jello over half of the cake and the lime Jello over the other half.
- Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Spread the Cool Whip evenly over the top of the cake.
- Garnish with holiday sprinkles and serve.
