Ingredients
  

For the Stir Fry
  • 1 pound Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 2 medium Zucchinis
  • 1 medium Bell pepper optional
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions sliced

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat for about 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to coat the pan.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the hot pan and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Sprinkle in minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until aromatic.
  4. Add the sliced zucchinis and optional bell pepper, stir-frying for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Pour soy sauce and honey over the chicken and veggies, mixing well and cooking for an additional minute.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
