- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat for about 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to coat the pan.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the hot pan and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle in minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until aromatic.
- Add the sliced zucchinis and optional bell pepper, stir-frying for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce and honey over the chicken and veggies, mixing well and cooking for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
