Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the base by adding the Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, and cubed cream cheese to the bottom of your crockpot. Stir gently until the cream cheese begins to melt and blend into the sauce.
  2. Layer the cheese tortellini on top of the creamy mixture in your crockpot without stirring.
  3. Sprinkle fresh spinach over the tortellini.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours, or 3.5 to 4.5 hours for frozen tortellini.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder after cooking, mixing until well combined.
  6. Serve and garnish with red pepper flakes and chopped fresh parsley.
