Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Spread coated potatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and return to the oven.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, garnishing with fresh basil if desired.
