  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Dredge in all-purpose flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown the chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet, add mushrooms and onion. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add chicken broth to the skillet, scraping browned bits. Simmer and return the chicken.
  6. Reduce heat, stir in sour cream until smooth, avoiding boiling.
  7. Adjust seasoning as needed. Serve over wide egg noodles or rice.
