Preparation Steps

  4. Add the dried wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

  6. Roast the wings for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Meanwhile, melt the butter and add the minced garlic in a saucepan.
  8. After roasting, toss the wings in the garlic butter before serving.
