- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, crushed red pepper, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
- Chop fresh mozzarella cheese into 15 even cubes.
- Scoop a small amount of the turkey mixture, flatten it slightly, place a cube of mozzarella in the center, and wrap the meat around the cheese. Seal well.
- Place the stuffed meatballs onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Bake the meatballs for about 18–20 minutes until golden and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatballs rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
